Refund & Returns Policy
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
1. Your Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel your order without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the day on which you or a third party (other than the carrier) take physical possession of the goods.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. by email or letter). You may use the model cancellation form below, but this is not obligatory.

2. How to Return Your Order
- Contact us at info@eliminatedrainil.world within 14 calendar days of receiving your order to notify us of your intention to return.
- We will provide you with a return address and any further instructions by email within 2 business days.
- Return the product in its original, unopened condition and in its original packaging, using a tracked postal service. You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
- Include a note with your name, order reference and reason for return (optional but helpful).
We must receive the returned goods within 14 calendar days of you notifying us of your decision to cancel.
3. Condition of Returned Goods
Returned goods must be:
- Unopened and in their original, undamaged packaging.
- In the same condition as received.
- Returned within the applicable timeframe.
If you return a product that has been opened, tampered with, or damaged through handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods, we reserve the right to reduce your refund to reflect any diminished value. We will always communicate this to you before processing a reduced refund.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund of the purchase price (including the standard delivery cost you paid, if any) within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return, whichever is earlier.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. For cash-on-delivery orders, we will arrange a bank transfer or alternative refund method as agreed with you.
We will not charge any fee for processing the refund.
5. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied product, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return postage. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
6. Exceptions
The following are not eligible for return under the right of withdrawal:
- Opened or partially used food supplement products, where the seal has been broken after delivery and the product is unsuitable for return on health protection or hygiene grounds (Regulation 28(3)(b) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013).
If you believe a product is faulty despite being opened, please contact us to discuss your options - your statutory rights under consumer law are unaffected.
